Merchandise may be returned for store credit only when returned/postmarked within 7 days of the day you receive your package. You MUST email us PRIOR to returning your item(s), for further instruction. Items returned to us without our prior knowledge of the return, will NOT be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN, and UNWASHED condition with original tags still attached. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY YOUR REQUESTED RETURN UPON INSPECTION OF THE ITEM(S). Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping charges. Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 7 business days and you will receive a store credit to use on your next purchase. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
Items placed with the “in-store pick up” option will be eligible for a return/exchange within 10 days of your order being placed. The same requirements listed above apply.
You may NOT return:
*SALE/CLEARANCE items, Hair Accessories, Blankets/Swaddles, Shoes, Plush items, Teething Accessories, or any other type of accessories.
